Subscriber may request a copy of the account of charges, but availability of records more than 365 days after the subscription date is not guaranteed.

Transaction receipts will be provided via email. Subsequent transactional updates may be communicated through the members' area upon login.

The Website, billing provider, or Subscriber may terminate the subscription at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice via chat, telephone, email, or online support.

Subscribers are responsible for all charges incurred through the effective date of termination.

Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships.

For credit card payments, refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the original transaction date and are reviewed case by case at the billing provider's sole discretion.

For alternative payment methods such as gift cards or cryptocurrency, refunds or reversals can only be initiated if technically feasible. Requests must be received within 90 days of the payment date.

All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may prevent future purchases with the Website or billing provider.
